Integrated Equipment Sales Expands Product Line to Offer Diverse Shipping Containers for Sale in NJ

August 11, 2026 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

Integrated Equipment Sales (IES), a regional provider of intermodal storage assets and custom container fabrication, has announced an expanded inventory of new and used intermodal units at its Northeast facility located at 1 Pennval Road in Woodbridge, New Jersey. The product expansion increases regional availability of standard ISO intermodal units, specialized storage enclosures, and modified structural shells for industrial, commercial, municipal, and individual applications across New Jersey and surrounding states.

Through its Woodbridge distribution network, IES maintains an inventory of new and used shipping containers for sale in NJ. The expanded product line features standard container dimensions, including 20-foot units measuring 20 feet long by 8 feet wide by 8 feet 6 inches high, and 40-foot units measuring 40 feet long by 8 feet wide by 8 feet 6 inches high. The inventory also includes 10-foot containers and specialized high-cube configurations.

New inventory offered by IES consists of “one-trip” or “one-way” units. These containers are manufactured overseas, loaded with cargo a single time for transit to the United States, and subsequently placed into the domestic secondary market in near-factory condition. The company’s used inventory comprises units previously deployed in international maritime shipping for approximately 10 to 12 years. Prior to regional distribution, IES inspects and classifies used units into verified grades, including cargo-worthy status for intermodal transport and wind-and-watertight (WWT) status for secure on-site storage.

All standard steel intermodal units in the expanded inventory are constructed from industrial-grade steel framing and corrugated paneling. Interior flooring features 1-1/8-inch-thick marine-grade plywood designed to withstand heavy cargo loads and mechanical equipment. Units are equipped with lockable double doors at one end, equipped with perimeter rubber gaskets to seal interior spaces against weather infiltration, moisture accumulation, and pests.

In addition to standard structural shells, IES provides full in-house custom modification services at its New Jersey facility. Rather than outsourcing structural alterations to third-party vendors, the firm’s fabricators execute custom architectural and utility integrations directly. Available modification options include the installation of steel roll-up doors, entry doors, windows, interior framing, insulation systems, specialized flooring, shelving units, electrical wiring, and HVAC climate control systems. Modified structures serve diverse operational uses, including mobile office spaces, portable concession stands, pop-up retail shops, and specialized storage enclosures. The company also supplies modified ISO containers (Conex/Milvans) configured for Department of Defense logistics and UN Hazard Class 1 (IMDG) explosive transport.

To support client procurement, IES manages regional transport and placement logistics, delivering units directly to commercial job sites, industrial facilities, and residential properties throughout New Jersey.

Homeowners, site managers, and corporate buyers seeking new or used shipping containers for sale in NJ can review available dimensions, request custom modification specifications, or obtain pricing quotes by contacting the IES Northeast office.
