The Design-Build project transforms the former 181,000-square-foot GameStop manufacturing warehouse into one of the largest Chevrolet service facilities in Texas.
The project continues a partnership spanning more than 50 years between Speed Fab-Crete and three generations of the Durant family, one built on trust, integrity, quality workmanship, and a shared commitment to serving Texas communities. It also supports the continued growth of Classic Chevrolet Grapevine, recognized as the No. 1 Chevrolet dealership in the world for the third consecutive year.
Project Highlights
- 133,000-square-foot service shop with 121 service bays
- 8,900-square-foot, 24-car service drive
- 10,000-square-foot state-of-the-art customer waiting area
- 18,600-square-foot parts department
- 10,500-square-foot administrative and office area
- Designed to increase service capacity, improve the customer experience, and create additional employment opportunities throughout the Grapevine community.
